Career discovery, readiness and mentoring, from people who have actually done the job.
A 6-week live programme that helps graduates and early-career professionals understand real industries, build practical workplace skills, and decide where to start their career.
Why this programme exists
Most graduates choose a first job with very little idea of what the work involves or where it leads. This programme lets you see the work first, across multiple industries, with mentors who have done it.
Quality mentoring first
Every participant understands what a role and an industry actually involves before deciding to pursue it, not after joining and finding out
Practical capability
Workplace skills in data, communication, AI and problem solving, built through live practice, not lectures alone
Informed decision-making
A clear view of entry-level roles and realistic 1 to 5 year progression across multiple industries, so participants choose with evidence
Placement assistance, not a promise
Structured support through recruitment partner collaboration for those who want it, without any guarantee of a job, role or salary
Who this is for
- Final-year undergraduate students preparing to enter the job market
- Recent graduates from any stream, including BA, BSc, BCom, BBA and non-core-technical BTech backgrounds
- Postgraduates who want practical, applied direction before their job search
- Early-career professionals with up to two years of experience reconsidering their industry or role
